Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1000cuci ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://1000cuci.cam ("the Website").

1000cuci operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia. The Platform offers a range of gaming services including but not limited to: live casino table games, slot machine titles, sports betting markets, esports wagering, crash games, and lottery-style instant games ("the Services").

By accessing the Website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 1000cuci Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, ourPrivacy Policy, and any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or game categories. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and its Services.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

Access to the 1000cuci Platform and its Services is strictly restricted. You are eligible to register and use the Services only if you satisfy all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• You are aged21 years or older. The minimum age requirement on1000cuci is 21 years. This is strictly enforced through our KYC verification process and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold a self-exclusion, cooling-off, or voluntary suspension on your 1000cuci account.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling services are explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful in your location.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any third party with an interest in your gambling activity for financial gain.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or family member of a household of a1000cuci employee, contractor, or affiliate with access to non-public operational information.

Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Each Player is permitted to register one (1) account on the 1000cuci Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Operator reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close excess accounts, and void any winings generated across them.

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, withdrawals, and wagers — will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

1000cuci strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Failure to activate available security features does not diminish the Player's responsibility for account activity.

4.3 KYC Verification

All Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. Required documentation typically includes a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and in some cases, proof of payment method. KYC reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

1000cuci supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Additionally, cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, USDT, and ETH are accepted via crypto wallet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on 1000cuci is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. Daily weekly, and monthly deposit limits may also apply depending on your account verification status and applicable responsible gambling settings. Players may voluntarily set lower deposit limits via their account settings at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account has completed KYC verification; (b) no active wagering requirement obligations remain on bonus funds forming part of the withdrawal amount; (c) the withdrawal request does not trigger additional review under our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX or direct banking may take 5–30 minutes depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

5.4 Currency

The Platform's primary display currency for Malaysian Players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where a Player deposits via a cryptocurrency method, the value will be converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. 1000cuci is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the initiation and confirmation of a crypto transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

1000cuci offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the general terms herein and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using systematically low-variance betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement.
• Coluding with other Players to collectively exploit promotion mechanics.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which the Player is ineligible.

6.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winings generated exclusively through bonus funds may be capped. Such caps, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed in the relevant promotion documentation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 1000cuci Platform operate according to the rules published within each individual game interface and supplementary sport-specific betting rules. By placing a wager, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform's system. 1000cuci does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in the specific circumstances outlined under void-bet provisions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. This applies to both RNG-based slot titles and live dealer game rounds.
• Live sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant sporting governing body. 1000cuci does not accept responsibility for results published by unofficial sources.
• Palpable errors in odds — including cases where odds were manifestly incorrect due to human or system error — may be voided at the Operator's discretion, and affected wagers will be settled at the correct odds or refunded.
• All RNG-based games use independently audited random number generation technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published in each game's information panel.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the 1000cuci Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted by the Operator.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, glitch, or error in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any activity that constitutes sports integrity fraud.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any member of 1000cuci staff or other users of the Platform.
• Providing fraudulent payment information or using payment credentials that do not belong to you.
• Registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1000cuci Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, interface elements, text, software architecture, and the 1000cuci brand name and mark — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, publication, sale, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling of any Platform software; or removal of any proprietary notices or labels on any content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1000cuci and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, error, or omission in Platform services; (c) loss of winings due to technical failure beyond the Operator's reasonable control; (d) decisions made by Players based on information published the Platform.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their1000cuci account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

1000cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from the Operator's compliance team.
• Detection of underage gambling or provision of false age information during registration.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months. In such cases, the Player will be notified via email before any closure action is taken, and any remaining real-money balance will be held for a reasonable period pending the Player's response.

Where an account is terminated due to the Player's own breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings held in the account may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active wagering obligations will generally be returned to the Player's last verified payment method, unless the account closure is due to confirmed fraud or money laundering activity.

Responsible Gambling

1000cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. In furtherance of this commitment, the Platform offers the following tools to all Players at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders — receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which 1000cuci holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that 1000cuci operates under international licensing and that its governing jurisdiction may differ from the Player's country of residence.

Malaysian Players acknowledge that online gambling is not governed by Malaysian domestic regulatory law. By using the Platform, Players agree that any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdictional framework of the Operator's licensing authority, and not under Malaysian jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any statutory rights that may apply to Players under mandatory applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence that cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

1000cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

The updated Terms and Conditions will become effective on the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after that effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically. Archived versions of previous Terms and Conditions are available upon written request to the support team.
